3. Legal Basis
Your personal data is processed based on the legitimate interest of the data controller (Article 5/2-(c) PDPL) and, where applicable, your explicit consent.
4. Retention Period
Contact form data is retained for up to 3 years; visitor statistics data for 1 year.
5. Sharing with Third Parties
Your personal data may be shared with authorised public bodies when required by law. It is not shared with any other third party.
6. Your Rights
